Guidelines for preparing and capturing abstracts for free works:

  1. The authors of the contributed works should send a one-page abstract of their work to be evaluated by the program committee.
  2. The preparation of the abstract will be made using the English template for the abstract, which you can download from this system. The document must include the fields listed in the template: title, author's full names, address, and e-mail of the corresponding author, and a text not longer than 300 words briefly describing introduction, objectives, materials, principal methodology if considered necessary, development, results, and conclusions. Not include bibliography references.
  3. You may optionally upload the Spanish version of your abstract using the corresponding template, but for the purposes of publication of the conference proceedings in the Journal of Bioengineering and Biomedicine Research (JBBR), the abstract in English will be mandatory.
  4. Participants must not modify the template format, change font types or sizes, logos, addresses, or split into columns. The template contains fields that are activated by "clicking" on them. You simply need to copy and paste the required information in the appropriate field..
  5. Any work submitted without using the template or exceeding the maximum of one page or prepared without following the format will be rejected during the review process. The authors will be required to resubmit their work correctly formatted.
  6. In this hyperlink you can view a document model prepared with the template displaying the required document's final appearance.
  7. Once prepared, the document must be converted into PDF (Portable Document Format).
  8. In addition, you should check that the PDF file size does not exceed 2Mb
  9. The abstract in PDF format must be uploaded in to the system using the section for the capture for free papers. For this, the user must log into the system and fill the form with all the data being requested. These data are used for the production of records, so they must match those used in the submitted abstract.
  10. After uploading the abstract into the system, a hyperlink to it is created, and you can verify that the document has been received correctly. Moreover, the system will inform the details of all the jobs that have been uploaded to your account.
  11. During the capture process, a key is assigned for each work. Any clarification about some free paper must include the given key.
  12. The system will be kept you informed about the status of reviewing your free works.
  13. Once the papers are reviewed, the authors will be notified about the scientific committee's decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of them. This decision will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provided in the system. Please very this e-mail is written correctly during the submission.
  14. Since the system does not accept duplicate jobs, if you provided an incorrect e-mail address, you should request its change sending a message to the administrator using the e-mail address shown at the bottom of this page.
  15. Contributed works may be sent as full papers also. These documents can be uploaded in parallel with the capture of abstracts, through this system.
  16. The deadline for abstracts of contributed works will be Dec 31th, 2025.
